The innovative new Sylvac D200S unit will allow the standard connection of 8 Sylvac long travel transducer probes or up to 24 probes with the use of multiplexers. The rapid new Sylvac unit is able to take up to 200 measurements per probe per second enabling true dynamic measuring.

Ideal for use within multi-gauging fixture applications or other areas were probe-scanning speed is essential, the tough new Sylvac D200S is capable of outputting measured data either via its built-in RS 232 or USB connections.

The D200S also features 14 channels of opto-coupled digital I/O which can be used to trigger external events such as warnings, machine controls or lights.

Boasting a long list of user configurable features such as - digital or bar-graph display, min, max, delta, mean, tolerance input, preset, etc the new D200S's easy-to-use standard software or optional touch screen, allows the display of up to 24 channels simultaneously.

In addition to the standard user functions, every channel can be assigned a set of attributes such as math functions, re-assignment, and dynamic probe couplings such as simple (A+B) / (A-B) or as involved as necessary. The system even includes multi-point probe calibration.

Further enhancing the value of the flexible unit, gathered data can be transferred to commonly used Excel spreadsheets or even saved as text files. All system configurations can easily be retrieved at anytime allowing for multiple setups to be stored on disk.
